I went to the Matteson location first I order 12 chicken only the cashier told me she 9 pieces of original and 3 pieces of... crispy . I said ok as long as I get my right amount of white meat . When I got home it was all dark meat. I called the managershe said would give me 6 pieces of white meat it would be 30 minutes. When I got back to the store I waited in line from 8:19 to8:36. She then told me when I got to the window it would be another 30 minutes she then return to the window with the half donechicken In The pictures.I spent 30.00 dollars and didn?t even get to eat. The food is great well cooked but they have the tendency to put all big pieces in your bucket
The workers were nice. The food was prepared pretty quickly although they forgot my fries for my Mac and cheese combo which I... wanted the most. Overall good experience. Still upset about those fries, I did pay for the combo. Read more
