I placed an online order. Sit in the line for an hour to pick it up at the drive-through window. Decided to get out of line to... go inside the restaurant to pick up my order but found out the door was locked. They are still shut down apparently for Covidrestrictions which ended months ago. Had to go back and get in line again and wait another 40 minutes. I called the restaurantwhile sitting in line. A man answered and I asked him if I could pull to the side and if someone could bring my order out. Hesaid yes and hung up the phone. So I did not know whether to get out of line again and go and pull over to the side to wait onhim to bring out my order. So I decided to stay in line after calling back several times, and no one answered the phone. Thisthis is the worst experience I have ever had at a Burger King restaurant. I?m I would advise you not to visit this Burger Kingrestaurant. They are very slow and apparently they don?t have enough workers working. Read more
Burger King is good but I just don't like the people working there at some of these establishments. They seem like they're bored... and hate there jobs. Or theryre having attitude issues is misdirected at you for no reason. It's not just Burger king but I seethat at any of these fast food restaurants. Read more

I DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY WERE ON THAT DAY BUT MY ORDER WAS ALL JACKED UP. I DON'T HOW THE PERSON IN THE DRIVE THRU MISTAKE WITH... CHEESE FOR NO CHEESE. THEY PUT A BIG HUNK OF LETTUCE ON MY BURGER. IT WAS ALL WRONG. WHEN I GOT HOME I HAD TO PUT MY OWN CHEESEON MY BURGER AND REHEAT IT AND MY ONION RINGS CAUSE EVERYTHING WAS COLD. Read more
If I could give a lower rating I would.. A TERRIBLE MESS would be the best description for the Matteson location. The staff from... the managers on down to the associates are very unprofessional, rude and plain ghetto. Every experience here is the worst on topof them not knowing proper etiquette they don?t know how to properly make burgers and serve hot fries. This is not what Iordered but where is the lettuce and tomato this burger was made very sloppy and tasted as if it had been sitting for awhile.None of the shake machines are ever operating and they are also closed when they are supposed to be open. Who trained theseworkers??? We come to your establishment to spend our money only to deal with rude workers that don?t want to work and don?twant to serve us fresh food? Someone needs to go into this establishment and retrain them as well as clean house get a whole newstaff or just shut down.. because most of them act as though they don?t want to be there anyway including the managers.
