Finally got up to pay. Than they asked me to park in front and wait even though there was no one behind me. Waited in parking... lot for over 30 minutes. I was very skeptical about eating here because I haven't ate at a Church's Chicken in forever but, I must say today the staff... was on point! Everything was amazing. Juicy Chicken stripes, soft biscuits. ???? My only fuse is the flies inside and out.Feeding all those cats outside the door of the restaurant probably isn't the smartest idea. The landscaping that we parked bywas a huge litter box with tons of flies. But the staff was great and the food was Great! Read more
Good food, friendly employees, tables weren't the cleanest but didn't ruin the experience.
Worker was nice and informative. Received all my food this time. Chicken was crispy but no flavor. Washed potatoes were chunky,... they were not cooked right. 5/27/22 around 6:30. Read more
I decided to order ahead because it's taken 30+ minutes before to get food when I only used the drive thru. I will never do this... again. To say the chicken was dry and/or burnt is an understatement. The leg bone on 1 was charred, I'm not exaggerating. It wasblack and crumbled in my hand. I felt like they put all the bad pieces in my order because I wasn't there to watch them put ittogether. We only 2 fried chicken places in Mathis and after last night's fiasco I think I'm done with Church's. It's not thefirst time I've gotten mediocre food but it's the first time it's been so bad I only ate 2 pieces. Read more
Never will I eat here again. I spent 11$ on 3 piece tender meal plus an extra mac & cheese just to drive away still be hungry.... They have the nerve to put up signs everywhere "try our new smoky sause" and then charge u 27 cents each for a tiny littlepacket in which you only get 3 dips out of. The chicken tenders were so small they must have starved the poor little guys for aweek or 2 before finally slaughtering them into tiny bite sized pieces. Boo on you. BOO! Their service was very very poor. I waited 35 minutes for a fast food restaurant drive thru order. They don't care about... customer service. I had an easy order and they made me and others wait for a long about of time. This is not good service atall. The manager didn't even bother offering a courtesy extra snack or anything. Was really good and the staff was super kind .. it was only my 2nd or 3rd x eating there so I was skeptical but I had the... tenders and coleslaw I loved the coleslaw definitely will go back for some of that alone even... Lol Read more
