Dylan is a really a bad employee, the one with the blue hair, Bad mood, and doing back talking all the time, literally asked... him/her to pack my things up that we're already ready and the dude just ignored the whole thing and preceded to talk with thepartner about how he has to be patient with costumers and bla bla bla, 20 min later, the package was ready, took for some from45 to 1 hour and 30 min to get their coffee, that just blows my mind...
