Papa ganache has always been my favorite vegan bakery, when I found out they did wedding cakes I was thrilled! So we had papa... ganache make our wedding cake and they did not disappoint! It was my first time trying Papa Ganache in Matawan. The rainbow cookies were delicious, I?ve got to say, and my friends were a... huge fan of the peanut butter brownie. I also ordered a play on a samoas Girl Scout cookie (not pictured) but that I don?treally recommend. It tasted fine but the texture was way off?it was very soft and fell apart immediately. There is huge selection of vegan options but also gluten free and very important to... me: THEY DO SOY FREE options ???? and by my experience soy is almost everywhere so it was a huge life saver for me!
