This was a disgusting experience. The table was dirty and when we requested it to be cleaned after we were already sat they came... over with a filthy cloth to wipe it. we ordered a big meal, had to beg for a piece of bread and silverware and left after theappetizer. There were knats everywhere including crawling on the food. The waitstaff were busy talking to their regulars andthat greatly impacted how long it took to get our food. This place is great, especially their pizza and sandwiches. My veal parm hero was a perfect example, loved our pizza and garlic... knots. My wife didnt love her chicken piccata that it was salty from jarred capers, but considering it's a glorified pizza shopit's was OK. Read more

Terrible terrible terrible customer service! Food was not very good either. Best part was the salad. Eggplant parm was the worst... I?ve ever had. If the lady didn?t have such an attitude I would of sent it back. Sauce lacked flavor, it was like a can of purecrushed tomatoes and very watery. So much water that it was spilling off the plate when I went to cut it and it was sour, likethe eggplant was bad. Chicken part was so so, sauce terrible. Oh and we asked for bread lol that was a JOKE. They gave us 2small pieces of twisted pizza crust, guess that?s what they consider bread. I don't like Italian restaurants, having grown up Italian 90% of them seem to be support. This one is in the top 10%, I didn't... care for the meatballs, they seemed too processed. Have never had a bad meal at LaMadona and the staff are always pleasant especially the wife. The only time we waited forever to... get our meal was during the peak of the pandemic and they were greatly understaffed. Have been back many times since. Read more

Terrible customer service. I placed an order online for what I wanted. Apparently they don?t have it so I tried to switch for... another meal and was denied since it wasn?t in the same category as what I ordered, however same price? The money was alreadycharged. When I say cancel my order they say oh I can?t until the boss comes back, maybe Thursday or Friday, mind you itsWednesday!! I half to wait for a refund to a place I?m livid with. Packed! Great food, but the service was delayed. They had one waitress and one bus boy for the entire restaurant. She was... excellent under the circumstances. She had over 12 tables inside and three or four outside. At one point she even startedbusing tables to help speed up the cleaning and seating of more customers. The Grilled Chicken with Mozzarella and broccoli isthe best under the healthy choice food list! Definitely a must try. Read more
