Vegetarian review: my reviews based on take out slices. I tried the Grandma slice and an upside-down down Brooklyn slice. While... the Grandma slice is flavorful, I would say Red Tomato and Old Bridge Pizza do it slightly better. The upside down Brooklynslice had a very weird flavor to me that was a complete turn off. If you really want to try the tomato slice, I would go withTomato and Basil in the area. That being said the bread and their upside down slice is very nice and crunchy on the outsidewhile it was soft inside. I paid $6.50 for a Grandma slice and one upside down Brooklyn slice ???? This is my 3rd time ordering from Amanos. First time we dined in and had a great experience. Second time was a delivery... and the food was awesome. Third time and I was extremely satisfied on the packaging. They delivered my order in a white bagthat was stapled together. The stapled bag solidified Amanos as my go to pizza delivery spot. Oh!!!! Go to pizza place! Always fresh and crispy. However a few times in a row when I ordered the cheese and the sauce had all slid to... one side which is not great. And I kept ordering it! That?s how good it is! Now when I order I just make sure to ask not toput it on a slanted car seat in transport. I wish they still did personal size pies. I?d still recommend it ? Read more

Love the plain pie. The salad with the balsamic vinaigrette is awesome. But the cheesesteaks are the best in the area. Loaded... with fresh tasting meat and tasty bread and cheese of your choice. What I really love, is that the hot sub came loosely wrappedin foil in a perfectly sized sandwich box. The bread was not steamed when I got it home which I was amazed at. Our new spot. Read more
