Reviews for EmpanadaVille in Mastic Beach, NY
Huge variety! They all taste phenomenal. Great location and very friendly staff too.
Great food! I love everything I've had from them. But my favorite is the Nutella desert
Great empanadas. I just wish I could get through on the phone to place an order. 80% of the time I try to call this place I... can't get through and after a few attempts over 10-20 min I give up and go elsewhere. Read more
The alcapurrias were as good or better than the one in PR. Service has a lot to improve. I didn?t feel invited to return... again. After spending $65 in food. I think I rather go to another place. Nothing was in display. Some of us like to eatthrough our Eyes. I hope you understand the metaphor. I did feel like returning unless I?m desperate to eat their wonderfulalcapurrias. If you are selling food. Do not mix it with paintings. Specially frituras. You have to improve your store tomake people return. Read more

I have been coming here for a few years now as I live about 8 minutes away...I am a native Puerto Rican and so is my husband...I... only come to this place for their empanadas, alcapurrias and their potato balls.....they have many different kinds of chicken, ground beef, shrimp, chorizo and pizza empanadas...they also have veggies only and dessert empanadas (flan, caramel apple,chocolate-banana & peanut butter, cookies & cream, smores, cheesecake, death by chocolate and more)...they also have roastedchicken, rice, beans, sweet and green plantains, chicken wings, French fries, nachos, fried corn fritters, and more...somedesserts are limbers (puertorrican ices), cheesecake, flan (caramel custard), and churros...they sell combination plates andfamily party packs...my husband and I love their empanadas, alcapurrias and potato balls...they are absolutely delicious...theyare made fresh when you order...my advice to you is call in your order as it takes between 15 to 25 minutes to be ready...theirwarmer is many times empty not because they're out of food, but because they fry your empanadas when you order them...my onlydisappointment is the size of the fritters for the high price that you pay...I find them to be too small for the price...theyshould make them bigger...they only have a 3 stool counter for seating and an outdoor seating with two picnic tables that is notopen in the cold months...they accept credit cards with a minimum of $10 purchase but CHARGE A 4% FEE...the staff has alwaysbeen very friendly and helpful...their decor includes puertorrican traditional images...one flat screen TV...they have NORESTROOMS...they have a ramp for handicap/stroller accesibility...street parking...I love their pink and purple walls...verycute...and looks like they took down that very unwelcoming DO NOT FLIRT WITH STAFF sign.....be mindful they are CLOSED ONMONDAYS...they advertise pasteles, gluten free options and catering on their website....overall I like this place...j Read more
Best empanadas ever! Generous portions of rice and beans. Only a few seats at a small counter to eat in, so better for takeout.... Suggest calling ahead because each order is made fresh. This was our second visit and we will return whenever we are in the areaagain. Highly recommended. Read more
This place is a hidden gem, the empanadas are sooo good especially the desert ones, the cookies and cream is a must have. The... meal combo for 3 empanadas, rice, beans and maduros is a large portion and definitely worth the $14. If you're in the areahighly recommend stopping in. Read more
