Good customer service on the other hand I haven't had a decent hazelnut swirl coffee and a long time. They keep saying they... don't have it or they don't have it anymore. So because I wait so long I lost two free coffees already. So what was the sense ofthat. So I settle for the vanilla swirl iced coffee. ???????? Read more
Stopped in to use the bathroom. No door knob on the door on inside of bathroom!!!! I did not try to close it because I knew I... wouldn't be able to get out, but even with the door leaning, I got trapped!! Scariest thing ever. I ultimately was able to getthe door open after 10 minutes of being trapped!!! Something told me to bring my cell phone so I could have called 911 or thepeople working there, but anyone that wouldn't put in out of order sign on a door like that, is not to be trusted. I went to theregister to tell the woman working and she was as cavalier as could be! To put somebody in a dangerous situation like that inabsolute terror during these perilous times is inexcusable and disgusting. Read more
The store was not crowded & the service was fast. My only complaint was the cashier & the manager (I think) could not answer... questions about my DD gift card which was loaded with a sufficient amount of $$. I was trying to avoid paying cash, since Ireally didn't have much & had to search & search my purse for the $4 I needed to buy my coffee. Read more
We have 3 other dunkins In the area... I use them all.. However this particular one is always the worst... I always do a mobile... order and it's never ever ready.... it's always a simple order too it's always either black coffee or hot chocolate nothingcrazy and I always have to wait forever... everyone there ignores you too until u say something.... the drive thru... counterall get helped but mobile still waits... I get it their busy and I've worked retail but the service is so bad... today I waited27 mins for 3 hot chocolates and a coffee absolutely absurd. I'm done at this point I will use the other one who can actuallyservice their customers right. Read more
Need to have better people working there,one that will follow the order correctly. My drink was horrible. I never have any... other issues with any other dd, just this one. There are 4 other stores in the surrounding neighborhood and never do I have a problem with any other ones. The drinks are expensive to begin with but when you spend the money and don't get what you orderedis pretty aggravating. The drive thru is bad also. If they can't get anyone to work there then the manager should be there notthese young kids who have no clue what they are doing. Love dunkin absolutely hate this location, coffees are ALWAYS wrong and I was going multiple times a day the know my voice but... there never right thats why the line is always 20 cars deep they have to keep remaking them 1 week ago I went 3 times one day tohave the same coffee remade and the put the paper from the straws in my cup! I ended up throwing up also because my mom getoatmilk and I get regular or im supposed to and they mixed the two together. Its faster and more convenient at this point tomake my own ice coffees at home! Read more
Great store great people who work there. The problem is the school kids. They swarm the place and have no manners or respect for... adults. Which seems to be a generational thing. Management should hire security to get a handle on things. Read more
