Stopped by for my first time today. They told me they had no bread, or the person to even make a sandwich. What kind of sandwich... shop has no bread? They need to change their name to mastic sometimes sandwich shop. I definitely wont be back. Read more
They ran out of burgers at a sandwich store? How does that even happen? The guy at the counter was very rude, listening to music... while we were trying to speak to him. The menu was very tiny and we had to ask the guy where it was. Some of the food lookedvery appetizing but the upfront experience made us walk out. Read more
True Story: I went to this restaurant with a group and was informed that they do not sell sandwiches. Some of us opted to get... just ice cream next store, and while there I received the unfortunate news that my uncle passed away. When we returned I foundthe part of my group who remained in a worse mood than me. Moral: Stay Away Read more
This place is a little strange. The only reason I went here was because I thought it was a sandwich shop. I was expecting to... walk in and see a setup similar to subway but it was far from that. It?s honestly a bodega.... but you can easily be fooled bythe name and the way it looks outside. They have a small menu. Only 3 or 5 sandwiches are on their menu. It?s honestly strange.They have a numerous amount of rice, beans, chicken, etc... don?t get me wrong the food is good but it?s not what I was lookingfor. They need to change the name. Also, they only take cash so beware before you go in and place an order. It surprises me thatthey only take cash. I think they should have a sign on the door that says that. Most people expect to pay with debit or creditthese days. It?s such a shame because they make good food. I recommend this place if you want good Spanish food though. Read more
I figured the Sandwich Club was all about sandwiches, so I skipped it--not a sandwich fan. The other morning I needed breakfast... specials for workers at my house and stopped in. WOW! Was I surprised! The various soups, beans, rice....were incredible. Andthe chicken tamales along with the salsa and tortillas....made for a several delicious meals. Yes, the breakfast specials weregood...but the specialty dishes were spectacular. The name does seem like a misnomer only because they have sandwiches....butthen SO MUCH MORE. We'll be back for sure.
