An older woman came out of the bathroom when we first got there and she didn?t wash her hands before making our subs. She simply... ran her hands under the sink for 5 seconds. The other girl worker there was very rude. My boyfriend asked for a little bit of atopping and she completely ignored him. She then started to wrap our subs and he mentioned it again and she cut him off and said?yeah I heard you?. She then interrupted me when I mentioned I wanted to make my sub a meal & said ?Hold on, I?m putting thesein the system? with a nasty attitude. She had a nasty attitude the whole time we were there. I mean most employees are great but tonight one of the workers was acting like our sub orders were so nasty. She was rude. She... tried telling me my daughter can?t eat a sub because she?s ?too little?. My daughter is a toddler who eats everything we eat.Including subway. Also I had both workers there working on just my boyfriends sub and putting veggies on together. That justdidn?t sit right w/ me. Read more

Walked into a worker standing directly over the counter without a mask on! After they walked away I greeted another woman who... walked away and didn?t say a word. Stood there for a minute or so and then left after reading some of the other reviews. Oldghetto women who are upset that they work at subway. Read more
I've been a frequent customer of Subway restaurants for over 20 years, including one in Lusaka, Zambia, Africa in 2000. I've... seen their training and their standards for all aspects of store operation. In addition, I've observed the performance of their"Sandwich Artists," store managers, and even a regional manager (multiple observations). My conclusion is that Subway is a wellrun company from top to bottom. This particular restaurant, one that I visit frequently, meets and exceeds corporate standardsconsistently. The folks behind the counter treat every customer as if they are best friends. They greet everyone as they enterthe store -- they greet many by name! They frequently have something nice to say to customers as they leave the store as well(except when the counter is very busy). I can usually predict how long I'll be standing in line by counting how many are aheadof me in the line. They average about one minute per single-order customer. Exceptions to the rule are customers with multipleorders, customers new to Subway, and customers with complex orders. The restaurants are usually immaculate. I have never had fresher bread at a Subway! I had a turkey and ham, everything was fresh and tasted amazing!
