This was a review I left 3 weeks ago for Pizza Oven. Let me say I?ve been ordering Pizza Oven pizza for 50 plus years and from... multiple locations. My favorite being W. Tuscarawas location. They always produce a great pizza. With that said I more oftenorder from the Massillon/Perry location on LincolnWay simply because it is so close to me. My biggest complaint with theMassillon location is the inconsistency of the pizza each time I order. Sometimes it is dry, over cooked and cold. Sometimesit?s excellent and everywhere in between. I always order green olives and 40 % of the time they place black olives on it.???? Today I ordered 2 pizzas and it was outstanding. Hot, just the right amount of sauce, correctly topped and delicious. Sowhomever staffed the restaurant Wednesday the 26th. of of October at 3:00 pm you did an outstanding job. Today I ordered againand was by far the worst pizza I have ever tasted. This location has no consistency and just can?t seem to get their acttogether. Interesting take on pizza, I love it! Food was great, but floors were sticky and tables were dirty,and I noticed gnats flying... around. Waited 5 minutes before anyone came to the front to take our order. Read more
The food is good, service not. I ordered takeout and was told it would be ready in a half hour that was at 8:59. I arrive at... 9:35 and was told it would be a few more minutes, I only got pepperoni bread fries and a calzone.. i see about 8 cars comethrough and get food as well as a couple inside. 10:05 comes around and I pulled back through the drive thru received my foodafter a couple minutes and was told it just got out the oven. They give the worst service ever to door dash drivers. Twice on a week they switched my orders and caused me a 45 Min wait. Door... dash drivers bring your store business but are very disrespected. We work by the delivery not by the hour. Naarre area is aboutthe same. I am sitting here waiting on customers order because they forgot to make it. For now I will be refusing all pizza ovenorders. The wings are awesome! The delivery drivers are awesome! I do not know who is putting the cheese on these pizzas but my last 4-5... pizzas have had almost no cheese on them. This I do not understand it is a pizza!!!! Why is there no cheese on it? We are payinga premium price for the food yet you are skimping on the cheese? I saw other customers with the same disappointments. The factthat this continues just shows that whoever makes the decisions does not care what the customers think! I have tried to re-orderand this happens every time! If you are that cheap then do not make pizzas!! Read more
