October 2022: I was in town on business and needed a quick bite prior to the drive home. Decided to give this restaurant a try... since it was close to the freeway and was local chain. I ordered the Bobbalouie Double for takeout (or takeaway, depending onwhere you are from) and was not disappointed. The large burger was grilled to perfection and juicy. The burger was a bit messyand looked like a Jim's Steak out Frenchie (cheesesteak hoagie) on a bun--really delicious and filling. Pros: * Good food. Theburger and fries were delicious. The French fries were fried crispy like the throwback Rally's fries or the Hot-n-Now fries. *Good, courteous, patient staff. The manager was super nice, but ran a good crew. Everyone was on point and handling business ina very busy atmosphere. * Clean restaurant (from what I could tell) * Variety. They have over 50 burgers on their menu with someof the normal fair sprinkled with some whacky concoctions too. The mac-n-cheese burger and the pizza burger sound interesting. *Reasonable and affordable prices. * They have hand scooped ice cream in many flavors. While I did not try any of it, they claimthat the milkshakes are amazing. Cons: * There isn't any restaurant open in the Cleveland area. It would be great to see aMenchies Bros. closer to home. Love coming here for breakfast my order is always made the way I order it. The staff that I have dealt with has been very nice... and welcoming. Best breakfast in Stark County! The meat lovers omelette and get it "mountain topper style," which puts it over home fries and... loads the best sausage gravy over it all! Service is always great as well. Since we've found this breakfast spot, every localplace we've tried since has fallen short. They also have an extensive burger menu for lunch/dinner featuring over 50 varieties,plus many other food choices. Thank you Menches Bros of Massillon for doing local restaurant dining right! Our second visit to this restaurant and we will be back. Had the Italian Meal Deal chicken and Eggplant parmesan. It was... delicious and the fresh bread was awesome! Even better, the service here is second to none. It's so hard to find good serviceand every server we heard was pleasant and went the extra mile.
