The worst place ever. When I placed my order i made a change to it and asked if it was deleted and some woman came on and got... nasty( a man was actually doing the order) when I pulled up to the window I asked the woman if she was then one I just talked toand she goes no I don't have a head set on do you see a head set. I told her she didn't need to be a smart mouth. Her response,Whatever just move on. What!! At the pick up window we heard her screaming all across the restaurant and at the employees. I have been coming to this McDonald?s ever sense I moved right down the street. It doesn?t matter if it is breakfast, lunch, or... dinner time something is always messed up. I am beyond upset today in specific though, due to the way the manager reacted when Iasked for my iced coffee to be stirred then whenever she refused to stir it because the caramel just doesn?t settle? I asked formy money back. After I asked for my refund she told me to just take my iced coffee.. like wow you?ve got to be kidding me you?rea a manager and this is house you treat your customers?? I was beyond appalled and spoke with a different manager whom wasactually able to listen and explain why I ?couldn?t? have my iced coffee stirred. Read more
Service was horrible. The breakfast was awful and didn't get even get the get the hot cakes we ordered with the get big... breakfast and we told the girl with hot cakes. But we didn't get them. Plus we was being waited on by 2 females, one of them wasabsolutely rude n she even cursed at my fiance, when he told her we didn't get our drinks yet even. He wasn't being a jerk hewas just letting her know because like I said it was more than one person who was waiting on us and they didn't seem to bea goodteam. I called to complain but no reply back. The restaurant is horrible. The food was disgusting? The fries were only about half cooked? Ordered cookies and there were... things flying around in the case where the cookies are kept and the employee at the front register threw a fit when I stated Idid not want those cookies because there were things flying in there and that I wanted them made fresh. they have horrible service. we went and got ice cream there and when we received it , it tasted like chemicals and made you... really sick. we called and was told we could get a refund but when we showed up to get it the lady said we wasn?t allowed to getone because we had left the drive through. she said we could receive some coupons for this inconvenience and that was all. thiswas a very bad experience and i?ll never go through this place again. Waited in the drive-through for five minutes when there was no one in front of me at 8 o?clock at night only for them to tell me... that I could not have ice cream because they were in the middle of cleaning the machine. They don?t close for a long time andthey?re already shutting down the machine at 8 o?clock at night on a Friday night. Not happy at all. She could?ve at least askedme what I wanted before placing me on hold for five minutes for no reason. I?ll make sure that I write a letter to corporateMcDonald?s as well regarding this because this isn?t the first time that the machine is conveniently down when attempting toorder a caramel frappe or a Mc flurry any time after 4 pm!
