Always great. I've ordered from here multiple times in the past but it's been a while. Ordered online twice within the last... couple weeks and everything was hot and fresh when it was delivered. First time though delivery took way longer than expectedbut food was still hot. Last night delivery was quicker and food was great as usual. When I ordered last online it went in aspickup and when I called in to change it to delivery I had no problems. Girl that answered the phone was polite, and took careof it for me right away. Was charged more than the site and coupon sheet shows for the pizza, was told their cost went up. I can understand price changes... and can't modify coupons already in the hands of people. What I can't understand is the prices on the website not being updatedand the fact they still tape the same coupon sheet onto every new box AFTER they allegedly changed their prices... If you're notgoing to honor those discounted prices, then stop including the same coupon sheet with the old prices. Additionally, I have beencharged full price on one topping pizza because I refuse to get the 3 toppings in order to get the price of the special. Why amI required to get all 3 toppings to get the special price? What's the difference if I were to say "yeah give me these 3toppings, just don't put them on the pizza, throw them in the trash instead"??? It makes zero sense, so it's like I'm penalizedfor only getting 1 topping instead of all 3, when it costs more for them to produce 3 toppings than 1 topping. Ordered a large pizza, was told that the total would be 22.74, gave the girl my debit card number, couldn't tell me how long to... expect my order, hung up, checked the balance on my card, come to find out she debited 27.29, called back and asked why, shecouldn't explain what happened or why!! I jst ordered 40 dollars worth of food that was absolutely terrible I am very disappointed not only did I have to wait an hour... and a half (which I can understand) but my taco pizza was cold and idk who cut the tomatoes but they were huge...my salad wasterrible as well and the cinnamon knots I ordered were also cold and I had to put my own cinnamon and sugar on them because ucouldn't even taste it and u only serve 1 icing??? Used to love u guys but your quality of food is horrible and I WILL NOT orderfrom u again...I'd really focus on quality of food my friends!!! Very unhappy!!! Read more
I can't say enough good things about this place. I'm a super picky eater, and I literally love everything that I have gotten... from here! My current fave is the Chicken Bacon BBQ sub. It is so tasty! Also, their Meatball sub is 100% better thanSubway. This location is super close and super convenient. Prices aren't bad, and you definitely get more than what you payfor. Delivery is done in a reasonable amount of time and the driver follows all directions as to where to leave the food, whichis super important during the Pandemic. I wish I could give them a sixth star just for their garlic bread. I will definitely beordering from here in the near future! Read more
Usually service and food quality is great! On 10-10 the girl answering the phone was so incredibly rude. I ordered a lot of... pizzas for a party and the girl said approximately 1 hour. We called an hour and a half in just to check on the pizza and sheshouted ?I told you more than an hour!!!!!! Wow..never ordering again. Read more
