Employees were to invested in whatever conversation they were having to make sure my order was complete. Half the food was... missing which they gave me on the 2nd trip to location. Unfortunately, what I got on the first trip was also wrong. Guess it'son me for not checking the food before returning. Also, paid with debit card & not given a receipt nor asked if I wanted one. Iunderstand mistakes happen but I'm very disappointed with my experience. Read more
They never seem to have the donuts that you want the cough is generally too cold you're better off going to McDonald's
I ordered here for the first time today and had a great experience! The food tastes wonderful ( specifically the pumpkin donut:... it?s so dang good ), the atmosphere inside is very quiet and peaceful, and the cashier serving me was very patient and cheery.I?ll definitely be coming here more often! I usually love dunkin it?s all it?s forms. Today I purchased a large Carmel iced coffee an an everything bagel with cream... cheese. My coffee was so watered down I couldn?t even drink it and that?s saying a lot from me. I thought I could catch a breakwith the bagel but it was so hard I couldn?t even chew it. I really like the sourdough breakfast sandwich. Also their mango peach drinks are wonderful.
They either have attitude with you or they get your order wrong! Would NOT recommend!! Ordered a Large Hot Caramel Machiato they... have me a Iced one. Then to correct it they gave me a Medium Hot Machiato and charged me for a Large!! Read more
I have come in the evening on two occasions and ask for a medium decaf. I have been given lukewarm coffee. The first time the... guy apologized and I said I would heat it up when I got home. Tonight the cup wasn't filled up and when I took the lid off itwas all white foam. This was a little after 7p.m. My stomach has not felt right since. If the decaf is low don't sell it. Love this dunkin, great workers, great service. Sometimes they drive thru line can take awhile though. Still 5 stars
