I would have loved to give it more stars due to the fact i order from them alot when i work at the prison... But today... unfortunately i felt a bit uncomfortable. I came in with my cat carrier due to her just finishing getting groomed in hope to gettheir delicious Reuben Sandwich The lady told me I wasnt able to bring a pet in there despite it being a carrier.. That wasntreally the issue... The issue was the facial expression and uninterested look in serving me like they never seen a black guybefore. Looking at my surroundings seeing that its normally caucasians and them all staring at me made me very uncomfortablealong with the way she told me about the pet policy... If the person could have at least smiled with a polite attitude and askedto go to the serving window instead it wouldnt matter and id be happy to do so.. Im sure it has nothing to do with my race..Imight just have to start ordering for delivery to my house or prison job to be more comfortable. I might stop by and try again 1day but who knows.... I frequent the cafe on a regular basis and have always had excellent service. Kelsey has made my sandwich on the last few trips... and she is very friendly and always gets my order right. The inside is clean and the food is fresh and delicious. Read more
I went there for lunch ordered a Turku 12 sub on phone and waited 20 minutes and got two other items stood there for 10 more... minutes until a young man asked me if I was ready to pay I said yes and told him I was waiting on my 12 turkey sub order he rangeverything up and I waited 10 more minutes then I went over and told another employee and she took my order for third time thenwaited About 5 minutes and she brought me a 6 inch turkey sub and asked me if I payed and said yes. At this point I was done andnot happy at all!Don?t think I will go back. Read more

Whoops. I ate my sandwich too fast for a pic. We LOVE this place. Outdoor seating and a window to order seasonally. Kind staff.... All of the food is delicious and well priced as well as great portions. My favorite is the chicken salad croissant but today Iswitched it up and got the rueben which was delicious and with a HUGE portion of meat. I also got the PB brownie which wasperfect. Usually I get their Ruggles ice cream. Great place to support a small business and enjoy lunch or dinner! Read more
