Prices have skyrocketed and going one can easily spend upwards of 60$+. Not really worth 60+$, but to each their own.

* Z E R O S T A R S * Staff couldn't have cared less and showed no consideration for any of the customers. I went in and... ordered tenders and fries. Very simple order. Was told it would be a few minutes. As I waited for almost 15 minutes, I watchedmost of (but not all) the staff screwing around, throwing food at each other, behaving in the most unprofessional manner I thinkI've ever seen. They knew I could see them and didn't care. Finally, a guy comes out to the counter to tell me that theyactually dont have any tenders right now, and that if I wanted to wait, they could take some out of the freezer. So I asked howmuch longer I would have to wait, and was told "just" another 10 minutes. I said fine, because it was for my 9 year oldson. After a total of 25 minutes, I got my food. The tenders were actually amazing. But the fries were so disgusting we couldnteat more than one. They were dry and crusty, with no potato inside. This place needs a complete overhaul as far as the staff isconcerned. It's absolutely disturbing that, immature, unprofessional and hygiene lacking, people are handling food. Read more

I always get great service at this KFC. The staff is friendly and gets the food out really fast especially compared to a lot of... ?fast food? places. Shoutout to the guy in the striped shirt today that recommended I try the KFC sauce with my popcorn chicken.It?s great! Thanks Massena KFC. Read more
Can't sayuch about the atmosphere, it's located in a Mobile Station. Staff was very friendly and pleasant. Food was good
