We ate lunch at the Seafood Shack on 7/5/22. The service was good. The food was mostly terrible. The kitchen staff needs to... keep their equipment clean. The coconut shrimp was ruined due to frying oil not being changed. The burger was burnt on theoutside and too rare on the inside - burger was ordered medium.\nThe lobster roll was good, but we paid way too much for onlyone item to be edible. Read more

My husband and I were very disappointed today. Always used to enjoy our lunches here. The burger was paper thin with two half... slices of lettuce. The roll was tasteless. My order was small and also unappealing. The meal was over priced, as well. Theservice was good but the food left us unhappy. We were told that there was a change of management. DO NOT EAT HERE! It\'s such a shame because it\'s a beautiful venue and I used to come here all the time. I ordered the... chicken and it was delicious but about a short time later it hit me hard. I was very sick from salmonella poisoning (severeupset stomach, sweating, shaking) & tried to advise my friend not to pay the bill. It was too late (I was in bathroom toolong). When we spoke to the manager, he said there was nothing he could do. He refused to remove the charge or offer anythingelse. Was there last night had the swordfish with mango. The fish was so dry no seasoning. And the mango had no flavor. For a $27... Dollar dish not Worth! Maybe $12 tops. My wife had the linguine with little neck. They did not even bring a bowl for the emptyshells. We had a put them on the table. And no liquor license. BYOB . Not for me . The location is great. This review touches on both venues, the seafood shack and Salsa Shack. The Seafood Shack\'s food is hit... or miss but the service was good. The Salsa Shack is a different story. The absolute worst service I have ever experienced. Ithought to myself that maybe it was just a bad day for the staff but it was just as bad on my two subsequent visits. Sitting ata half empty bar and ut took 30 minutes to get two drinks and when I waited and waited for the second round I gave up and askedfor my check. After 45 minutes of \"Excuse me, excuse me\" I was a little louder ans me colorfull in asking for my check.Horrible. Read more

With an amazing view of the bay and inlets, the location is perfect for dining outside. The location is the only reason worth... visiting this restaurant. To start, service was extremely slow and we were told they were out of chicken fingers for the kids aswell as chicken fajitas. They had other chicken entrees so I don\'t understand why they couldn\'t make chicken fajitas. Also, ona trip the the bathroom, I saw several plates of chicken fingers being prepared long after we had already ordered. The frozenstrawberry margarita had no flavor, which I forced myself to drink to get my moneys worth. For dinner, I ordered the chickenquesadillas which were watery and had very little chicken inside. The trio fajitas (chicken, steak, shrimp) were at leastaverage and came out hot. If you\'re looking for a place to eat on the water while not expecting fine dining, this may be theplace for you; otherwise, find a better Mexican restaurant! Read more

My visit was Tuesday, August 19th. Dinner was not very flavorful, however the service was fine. Drinks were weak and we felt... the menu was overpriced.\n\nMy largest complaint was that a day after eating at the restaurant my credit card was being used inMexico. Now, I don\'t consider myself a prejudice person considering I am of spanish heritage. I have never written a review before, but this place has had many so completely disrespected I\'m not sure what else to do. Let... me just give you a time line of my evening at the restaurant and the events that followed.\nShowed up at Salsa Shack at about6:30pm and let them know we would have an extremely large party of around 20 people and we did not mind waiting. Gave mycellphone number and was told it would be around an hour and a half.\n\n7:00 - Confirm with the Salsa Shack that our large partydoes not need to be seated together. (we proceed to pay mini golf and talk for a while)\n\n8:30- Ask the hostess where we are inour reservations she says it\'s still going to be an extremely long time, I notice more then enough empty tables to fill ourgroup.\n\n9:15- They seat our party outdoors and explain to us that we can only order appetizers and drinks and will not beallowed to have a main course. When someone politely asks if they can go inside and order an entree from the bar they are cutoff and yelled at about it not being the policy.\n\n9:30- A lovely old couple next to us gives us their left over salsa andchips after seeing how we are treated they feel extremely badly. At this point we would leave but we are literally all starvingthat any food seems like a better option then driving to another restaurant and waiting.\n\n9:45- The waitress takes 3 ordersout of our party of 20 and insists on holding everyone\'s credit card.\n\n9:50- The host tells me they stop seating peopleindoors at 10 PM, so that we will not be able to get entrees of have a table.
