Asked employees to make my latte a specific way. Used a free coupon, employee Marvin I believe, refused to make my latte... following specific instructions. I asked for my free beverage coupon back, he said he won't give me nothing back. Employee actedlike he owed this place and refused to follow a simple instruction. Rude employee, who doesn't even know that large lattes get2 small shorts of espresso in it. I can only imagine how much less everyone else is getting because of this location, cuttingback on espresso and products. I go there from time to time, we usually have a small coffee with donuts, or a croissant sandwich... just a quick brunch... The... personnel there is a group of people very dedicated to serve promptly and good, if you have something to say, a special requestthey are always ready to listen... order online, through the app, and pay the way you want, but I think bitcoins, or checks areprobably the only ways they dont accept...
