We had a coupon that clearly stated that is was to be used in store or online.. we went in store and ordered our food and went... to present the coupon to the cashier. She asked for assistance in putting in the code and the manger said that the coupon couldonly be used on line.. we showed him where it said on line or in store. He then went on to say they wouldn't get points/ creditfor it and wouldn't be reimbursed...so we had to place an on line order to be able to use the coupon.. Read more

Worst Service I have had for a Subway. The young lady was very unfriendly, just said, "Yeah" and then "And" and "Cheese" and... "Toasted". When taken my order. Third time wanting subway just to drive there and find out the employees decided to close early. They closed at 8pm the last... time I ate there, they turned off the lights while I was still inside and locked the door behind me.
