Ok as far as the food it was good. Service not so much. Lack of organization and the sheer ineptitude of one of the employees... that seemed to think that yellow dishwashing gloves were ok to make a pizza after doing who knows what in the back. Pizza was ready and tasted great. Only a delay with assistance paying and picking up. They guys working, were working but they... could have used a 4th person. Our labor pool isn't very deep so no complaining about they should have had more employeesworking besides being $10 Tues nite. Usually it is busy but I did select a inopportune time. We enjoy being able to order a pizza as we like it and then baking it at home. The thin crust is very good. We enjoy having... sauces other than tomato based. We also like some of the combinations that are not offered at other pizza places. The service isalways quick and friendly. Read more

I always have a great experience at your Mason City, Iowa location. Dan, the manager, is always upbeat, friendly, and... professional. Last night my experience was again positive as usual. I didn't realize they closed at 9 and came in right beforeclosing time. I felt terrible and wasn't going to order due to how close it was to closing time. Ryan assured me that it wasabsolutely not an issue. He said "We are open until 9! Please go ahead and order! That's what I am here for." He was so positiveand happy to make my pizza.
