I ordered a two topping pizza with my rewards points to be delivered to my job at 7:30pm, I get a message saying Caleb is on his... way to me for my pizza, 7:45pm no pizza and no Caleb. So I call dominoes and ask where is my pizza and she said we will have toyou as soon as possible. I set this up around 2pm. Hope they enjoyed my pizza and enjoyed screwing me over. Ok, so I work at the hospital on the weekend and whom ever works or makes the Hand tossed, garlic buttered crust, feta cheese,... onion and spinach pizza, LET ME TELL YOU, my fat girl is deeply in love with you. You make that pizza with so much love. I meanyou can tell when a pie is just put together in a hurry but when you take your time, its a WHOLE NEW BALL GAME. Domino's was BAD. Ordered by phone, told it would take 45 min. To 1 hour. Arrived to pick up, told it would be 20 min. After... 20 min. Told it hadn't been made yet. Got $$ back and left. Need workers, so under staffed. Read more

A review on the delivery service. On Monday, September 23rd, I ordered Domino?s delivery. I ordered Italian sausage pasta, two... Medium pizzas, a 32 piece Parmesan bites with dipping sauce, and a 9 piece brownie dessert. I placed the order at 6:11 pm CST. At 6:22 pm, I received a text that the food was on its way. I received my food just 6 minutes later at 6:28 pm CST, a mere 17minutes after I ordered it! The food was hot and tasty. I am thoroughly impressed with their delivery service. I picked car side pick up. After my order was ready, I tapped on "I'm here" button in the app. I waited over 10 minutes. I... finally went inside to pick up my order. The young person that helped me didn't apologize for this. I even tried to be helpfuland told them there was another car outside waiting for the same pickup. All he said was "thanks for letting me know." He thenwent on and did other things that was not related to the pick up order. Read more
