Had a good experience here. Always enjoy the food for the most part. I bought the all American burger. The taste was good, just... very very greasy. It was pouring into my plate and the burger patties were sliding off the bun. Will still definitely visitagain. Read more
Took 45 mins for our carry out which was 20 mins later I had to wait after I got there ...cheese curds were cold but the rest... was good. Little upset after spending $65'. I didn't ask or complain that's not my style however since I had to wait anadditional 20 mins after I got there they should of offered something to justify the extra 20 mins wait .. especially for whatI spent ...but I love their food and will go back again ... Wow, only one of the sauces were actually covering the wings and all of the wings were stale and very over cooked to the point... that they meat was crunchy. I looked at the menu and it listed ice cream with the chocolate cake but was told by the hostessthat it's a 60 cent up charge. I mention that it's on their menu as included then she changed her answer to they didn't have anyice cream. I asked her what Asian zing was and she had no idea, if you are going to have a person taking people's orders theyshould at least know the flavors. A nice young man came over and I asked him, he also didn't know but went and got me a sample,I thought that was the correct way to handle it. I used the bathroom and the cold water was cut off. So we have been here A LOT of times and have really been regulars. The service from some of the staff stopped us from coming... here for awhile but tonight Eric totally changed that!!! Seriously the best service we have ever had here at this location. Hewas the only one waiting tables and bartending at the same time and he rocked it. He was attentive and super friendly. He wasgreat with our kids too. He really went the extra mile to make the dining experience great. He totally made us want to comeback. Food was great service was excellent.
