Slow service. Only white bread. Phone app didn't work, so app deal didn't work.
The service wasn't all that great but the food was really good.
Wish I could give them a no star rating. 2 people making sandwiches and talking personal stuff and making sandwiches in a very... very slow motion. My sandwich left in toaster after the ring as they were too busy chatting. Even the paper was scorched. Nospinach or onions?? Patrons check your receipt they are charging Odessa Sales Tax? 8.25 %???Will call to get refund on salestax. Not stopping there anymore on our way home from Lake Brownwood. Read more

The absolute worse place to eat in Mason and the worst Subway I've been too to date. Will ignore your presence and then treat... you like your bothering them and their co-workers when they do finally get off their personal calls and storage room gettogethers. October 12th at 12:45 pm waited for ten minutes for the employee to get out of the restroom. She then walked aroundfor another 6 minutes in deep conversation on her phone only to tell me once she was called out the third time by the cashierfor stripes, who happened to be very cordial, that they didn't have the things needed to make the sandwich I requested but wasstill up on the menu. Working people with timed lunch breaks can't wait for employees that are too busy doing personal phonecalls to serve them. The other employee behind the food counter turned around three times and noticed me waiting but turnedaway and never offered assistance of any kind. If your looking for good service without being given attitude because your thereyou need to pass stripes in Mason up. Worst place by far in our small community to get waited on. By far. Read more
Every time me or my family go here their jerks and give attitude especially.like just today My brother went in today and order... two tuna sub and a cold cut combo. The employee gave him attitude about it because he was out of tuna and had to make somemore. Then on the cold cut combo he put only one of the three meats that come on it. So my brother bought the sandwichs anddidn't know about the cold cut because he didn't know what came on it. I looked it up when he got back and showed him it comeswith three different types of meat and he only put one. So my brother went back and talked to the manager and they called him aliar that the sub doesn't come with that when even on their menu it says it does.
