My son took the family out to eat, he had previously eaten here, but it was our first time visiting. Customer service was great... the ambiance was perfect for me. We sat in the area in the back with another family. It was quaint and quiet, not too bright butsomewhat dim and cozy in my opinion. It was very relaxing. I took a leap and tried the fried squid legs, and they were perfectlybattered and delicious! What a pleasant surprise, I also tried the spicy plum sake ???? my my my what a pleasant experience. Thefood was hot and fresh and it took roughly ten minutes from ordering to the table. It wasn?t crowded at all. The food was veryflavorful. I don't often leave reviews....but I have to here. I absolutely love ramen, and searched around for a long time to find a good... one here in Mason. I live down in Louisville. So it was a challenge for awhile. I found the downtown location, and it wassimply amazing, but not practical for me to drive down there for a mid day break. Noticed they had the Mason location, and wasso glad. I eat here very very regularly. I'm always greeted with a friendly face, attentive service and brilliantly seasonedfood. Very genuine taste. The decor is quite modern and very clean! If you?re looking for good ramen in the area, this is the place to... go. My friend had the tonkotsu ramen, and she said that it was very genuine. The noodles were ?the perfect amount ofchewiness??they say that it?s made every day fresh, and it shows. I had the katsu curry rice. Loved the curry; it?s right on themark. The portion was roughly 15% bigger than I expected and was quite filling, so there?s that. The pork itself was tender andcrispy, so that?s a 10/10 from me. (I did request for the pork to be separate from the curry, because the pork is usually in thecurry. So if you prefer your pork crispier, try requesting for it to be separate.) Side note: the green tea ice cream here issurprisingly good, as well. It had just the right amount of bitterness, sweetness, and general flavor?definitely the best greentea ice cream I?ve ever had as of yet. Great food and service. Good ramen isn't super common in this area, so glad to find a place that is reasonably close to us. The... noodles and broths are both great, as was the takoyaki. We will definitely be coming back to try other dishes as well. Read more
We had a great experience dining at Zundo. Not only was the food (appetizers, ramen, donburi) excellent, the ambiance was also... really nice. I also enjoyed the music they played. Unfortunately they are still waiting for their alcohol license; neverthelessI would visit again. Read more
The katsu curry rice was excellent! Katsu was crispy and it went well with very tasty curry. Also enjoyed the atmosphere here -... awesome Japanese music in the background with cool temperature and appropriately dim lighting. Read more

Our new favorite place to go. It?s the kind of food that turns a bad day into a good one. The broth is hearty and full of... flavor; even the vegetarian broth is absolutely delicious. The Honey Citron hot tea is especially recommended. Read more
