I've been here twice, and the first time, the food was already cold by the time I got back to work, and the server didn't know... how to do pricing. Honestly, he was creepy. Came last night after a concert at around 2.30 AM with a group of friends. There was 7 of us in total. I checked online... beforehand and it said open 24 hours. Upon arriving the girl working was outside smoking and said they weren?t taking orders.When I told her that online it says they are open 24 hours. She said ?Sorry about it but I?m not taking orders? we all proceedto get back in the car and another car pulls up with only 2 men in it. They enter and the girl outside goes in and provides themwith service. So the girl working was either ?lazy? for lack of a better term and didn?t want to wait on a table of 7 people orbecause it was because we are Hispanic. Waitress was in zombie mode and couldn't remember our drinks and straws. She shuffled around like Joe Biden after a speech. Food... was good but cold due to the speed of this lady. Still tipped her well, hope she gets out of that mode. Read more

Service was very good and friendly. Every single thing I got was cooked to perfection; My All-Star Special was just that. [Pun... Intended*] but had the strangest waffle house experience with the customers and employees. ALL the customers were rude to theemployees [Customers, just please respect the employees. It's important to point out they completely remade the store front. From what it was to now, the reboot is nicer but not... bigger. Finding a seat in the weekends is not worth the trip until after 3pm and then when kings island is open then forgetabout it. Still it's a good restaurant to get your American breakfast just check out the parking lot before you come in so thatway you know if you want to stay for 30 minutes, standing until you get a seat.
