Food was extremely fresh, fountain drinks were on point with the syrup to carbonation ratio. The cashier was very friendly and... helpful. It is not the traditional Pizza Hit experience. More of a counter serve experience which we were completely fine withespecially considering how fresh the pizza was. You grab your own paper plates/napkins/cutlery but we did not mind at all. Pizza was 30 minutes late and cold. Also missing part of order. Called store and talked with manager. Refused to reimburse for... tip as driver was just lazy. Manger then become combative and refused to refund for missing portion of order and then hung up.Called Corporate and filed a complaint and was refunded $ for order. I have had issues last time with this Pizza Hut. Will justgo back to Papa John?s. Read more
Fast and delicious as always. Keep up the great work guys! Also hire some more people so you don't lose the good employees you... have now whom are sometimes alone to answer phones, take orders, make the food, cash people out, etc... Read more
I tried to leave a review on the tellpizzahut.com but didn?t have the receipt code .. I go in all the time and Ciara/Sierra... (sorry) is absolutely amazing. She is always professional, happy, and is super sweet. I?ve seen her in there working by herselfand she was rocking it out. It?s super impressive. Great job! Read more
Quick service when we pulled up to the window, but paying extra for cheese sauce and getting less than half filled containers... while the free marinara was full compelled me to barely give 3 stars. If they wanted to chince on the cheese; they should'veused smaller containers. Next time I'll check before leaving. Read more
Horrible treatment from inside staff and driver. They refused to correct an undercooked pizza we recieved. I accidentally parked... in the 'driver' parking spot (not marked as such) and they came out and told me to leave after the refusal to fix the order.Absolutely no class, no care given and deserve no business at all. I dropped my wallet outside here and didn't realize it until I drove away. Jasmine and Cierra (with the help of a regular) found... it and called me right away. So thankful that these good people found it. The pizza was good too! Read more
