If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. The manager doesn't know what she is talking about and I'm fighting to get my money... back on food I never received after she gave me wrong information. Never again will I order Jimmy John's again. Read more

Placed an order this past Saturday around 6PM for pick up, since this location doesn't deliver anymore. Went to pick it up and... the doors were locked with a sign on the door that said they closed early. All lights still on. Called and no answer. Receivedconfirmation for my order and my card is in the process of being charged. I called West Chester store to ask what I should doand he explained there is a process they should have done to make sure orders didn't go thru before they left, so it's obviousthey didn't do that. It's also obvious they left in a hurry since they apparently closed at 5 and all lights were still on at 6,when I came to pick up my order. Call the next day,spoke with a manager who says he can't find where my order went thru andsince they closed early my order shouldn't have went thru and I needed to call and speak to general manager today. Call todayand spoke to General manager. She says the same thing. Both of them had attitudes like I didn't know what I was talking about oras if I was lying. So, now I sit here, trying to figure out if and when I'll get my money back with no help from anyone fromthat location. I used to order a few times a month from this location. The last few months or so though there is alwaysattitude from employees and they barely want to help you when they've messed up. This location is ridiculous. They routinely close early but still accept orders online while they are closed and obviously can't make them. Terrible business... practices and quite frankly fraud. Read more

I love Jimmy John's! Amazing food and service. They really are freaky fast. Chase and Jackson were very fast and professional.

I had an issue with this location in that my food came an hour and a half or more when I ordered. The food came hot like it was... in the cat for that time and the drink was watered down and warm. I called the location and it was like a joke that I had theissue I could heat the employees handing the phone to the manager and they said " here's a good one for you". The manager saidhe would void the transaction and that my card would be refunded. I called the corporate customer service number and was toldthe owner would call because there had not been a refund on my account. Today I called the GW of the location and explained thesituation and was told there was nothing she could do and was hung up on. I tried to call back and ask who I needed to call toget this situation taken care of and whe a man picked up I asked for the GM that I just talked to and he said no and hung up.This is the most unprofessional location I have delt with I would like to speak to the owners so that I can get this resolved. Multiple times now I've waited hours for delivery from this store. They insist on using their own driver and not door dash, but... they don't have any drivers. JJ used to be the fastest but is now, by far, the slowest delivery there is. At least this store. Read more

As annoying as it is- ALWAYS check your sandwich before leaving this place. I ordered a veggie with extra pickles, to go... got... home and my sandwich was ?spicy?. Somehow when I said ?pickles? they heard ?hot peppers?. Like this sandwich was LOADED with hotpeppers..... no pickles in sight. Very very very disappointed to say the least. Read more

Placed a delivery order and they gave me a sandwich with HAIR in it. They also only gave me a medium when I paid for a large but... whatever, I wasn't worried about that. I called to ask for a refund and was told they can't do that. Only refunds on cashorders. They said they would remake my food or give me a credit. Sorry but I don't want JJ for a long time because I literallytook a bite of food with someone else's hair in it. Then I had to listen to the "general manager" talk about who is there andhow he's not sure dark/black hair got into my food when no one there has dark hair. I'm like look, I don't care whose hair itis, just please refund me. Still wouldn't, and now it's being escalated. Absolutely insane. In the picture where the hair is onthe wrapping, I had pulled it off the sandwich (with a napkin), and laid it out to show it's really hair. Read more
