2nd time Having one of the worst coffees I have ever had. I go here only because it?s close to my work. The first time I had a... terrible latte and it tasted bitter and burnt assumed it was because they had a newer person working there and it was busy.Stayed away for a few weeks. Co worker who sits next to me proceeds to go one day and says hers is terrible and the same waymine was and I?m like yep that place was bad when I went. So I go this morning and again the newer person is making mine. Idon?t blame the new people because listen we all have to start somewhere but these people obviously aren?t sampling this coffeebecause it?s TERRIBLE . It?s almost undrinkable. Also why would you ask a new person to make coffees during morning rush? Irealize they need to learn but why not during a slower time ? I was there for like 10- 15 minutes waiting for the new person tolearn on my coffee when I?m on my way to work and then it?s almost 5$ and it?s awful. Dunkin' has the best egg & cheese on a croissant around!! Their maple iced donuts are delicious if you're fortunate enough to... get one....or two. They sell out fast! Our sandwiches were hot & delicious and my donut was fresh and tasty!! Great way to startthe day before heading to the Cincinnati Zoo. Read more
Very easy to get in and out with treats on my way to work! Always a hit with the coworkers. I love the specialty donuts, keep em... coming! The cuter the better. ? Employees are very nice, and they even have little things you could pick up as last minutegifts. Will be back!! Read more
This is a very gross place to be serving food and drink from. We got there and stood at the counter for a couple of minutes... before the manager finally yelled at the employee who was right around the corner on his phone, one of the most germ coveredobjects, to come serve us. The employee was the very young red haired boy mentioned in another comment. We got two donuts andwithout changing his gloves, the same ones he was on his phone with, got two of the wrong donuts. By just touching the doorhandle to the bathroom, we decided to go somewhere else. Very poor costumer service. Read more
