Never post bad reviews or bash a restaurant our server was Joseph the worst server I ever had , ordered the ultimate nacho found... hairs in the food and I didn't even take bite before seeing it,. Who ever was on south west tonight needs a hat . The only goodthing out of this visit was the other server who took the nachos after i told her their was hair. The staff is friendly and absolutely wonderful. They are accommodating and check in with you the perfect amount. The drink menu... is expansive and it is very easy to find the perfect beverage to fit your meal. My absolute favorite side I the fried pickleswhich always makes me feel so much better when I am having a bad day. Read more

Buffalo Wild Wings has been a favorite restaurant of mine for more than 15 years.. and across multiple states. The Mason... location has always been a great experience dining in..however, ordering carryout is another story. Missing food & appetizers onmultiple occasions...no chili in my chili con queso tonight.. very disappointed in the service received... step it up guys! Read more

Visiting from out of town thinking Ohio BWW would be the best since it?s from here. Hummmm wouldn?t know because even though I... ordered door dash, they didn?t include any of the sauces we ordered with our chicken, non of the side dishes from the chickenmeals or kids meals, and no salad dressing with our salad. So yeah. It was a pointless $89+spent when we didn?t get anythingworth eating. Very upset. Service is very inefficient, the manager seems inadequate, food orders are wrong and cold. We had to ask repeatedly for the room... temperature to be increased. It was so cold that most customers were wearing their coats. The manager finally came over, onrequest, and said, "I guess you weren't here when the building caught on fire because the heating [equipment] couldn't handleit. I already turned it up a couple of degrees. I'll do a couple more." I didn't eat. My hands were too cold. I asked forcoffee, but the server "forgot" to come back to tell me that they didn't have any.
