Second time I have ordered the green stripe pizza only to get it home and be missing arugula and pesto. Also, one person behind... the counter making food went to the back grabbed a ladder, moved some boxes around and looking for something, came back to thecounter and continued making food without changing gloves. My son and I stopped for dinner after a long day at Kings Island to order take out and we are so disappointed. We normally love... Blaze and don't currently have one where we live. The guy making our pizza was not friendly or helpful. Our pizza had verylittle sauce and the dough was chewy. Would have given a one star but the cashier was very polite and friendly. Wish I had readreviews before stopping at this location. Read more
My son's favorite pizza place. I love the individual pizza for each family member, so each person gets what they want with no... compromise. They even do half sizes and have a pick two. I tried the Veg Out which was a unique pizza with corn, onions,mushrooms and no pasta sauce. I was shocked how good the pizza was with that combo. They also have great salads as a side. Read more

This place always makes me happy. Worth all the money. I usually make my own pizza with all the veggies. Being vegetarian, this... custom pizza is a delight for my tummy and valet. Recently I have started liking the cheesy garlic pesto sticks. The staff atthis place is very cordial and does awesome job. I strongly recommend this place to every pizza lover. Read more
Went at 7:45 on a Wednesday. Staff was nice but wow that pizza was not worth any money. I ordered a BBQ chicken pizza. They... didn't have any chicken which is forgivable so I subbed in some ham. Instead of red onions there were red peppers. No BBQ sauceat all. It wasn't really cut at all making it a pain to rip apart. Then got charged for a custom pizza. Also ordered apepperoni pizza. All the ingredients were fine, but again it was cut terribly. Also got charged for a custom pizza. I don'tlike leaving bad reviews but this was exceptionally poor. Just go to mod pizza next to liberty center. Update from the dayafter: I filled out the contact-us website form and I'll update this review if this experience is rectified. Update 5 daysafter filling out form: haven't heard anything back from anyone. Regardless if I ended being reimbursed, I would still recommendavoiding this blaze pizza. Read more
Mar 16 2022. After my last review again went on this day to Take Advantage of pi day reward and again got a disappointing... experience. Our pizza got burned and we tasted carbon instead of crust. Pizza baking guy looks utterly confused on what pizzashe is baking and who they belong to. Check latest pics for reference. I had to throw it. Btw it?s a To Go order. I am done withBlaze pizza now. This happened on Apr 11 2021 at around 7:30 pm. Restaurant is in very bad shape w.r.t cleanliness.I was therefor almost 45 min and no staff attempted to clean the food preparing area - counters at all. In fact I observed same behaviorlast 2 times I went there (Mar-Apr 2021). Sorry to say that even if your feel that food tastes good I am not going back to Blazepurely because of your lack of cleanliness. All staff is happily joking round but no one attempted to clean. Not sure howmanagement of this location is doing. Also the shape of pizza is not round when they pressed in the machine .. came out assomething .... almost 5 items are out at 8 pm when you have 2.5 more hours to go .. spinach red pepper mushrooms ..all are out.. then what is the point of having pizza there .. The staff is nice + cares about customer service. There were 3 younger men there who were all working together and very polite.... The restaurant itself is dirty. The bottom of the pizzas are coated in all kinds of crumbs/ash because the oven has not beenbrushed out. Minus that part, it's pretty tasty. There are finger prints nearly everywhere on the doors/windows/etc. Justoverall dirty environment, but I know they are probably understaffed. I will still give it another try. Read more
