I normally don't mind all the termoil and drama at this Wendy's, and I put up with a lot of their messing up orders and not... being open. Food is done properly even if it was the wrong thing, and the fries are a hit and miss. It seems they may have justgotten a new manager that acts like he may care a little more. Also to any veterans, they do not participate in the freebreakfast deal for veterans day. Read more

Pretty decent breakfast menu. I got the french toast. My kiddo got some sort of sausage egg breakfast sandwich. Potato wedges... were hot and tasty. The only downside is the coffee is weak and not hot enough. Not sure whats going on with their coffee maker. Read more

Was not open to the posted hours. Ran into employees leaving that refused to make food for myself and another customer. I was... forced to claim my already placed order at another location in the opposite direction from which I drove, causing at least 10min of extra drive time and gas cost. Would like a refund for terrible service and negligence of logistical staff appropriatelycoordinating service for paying customers. If i have to take time and money out of my pocket to cover your multimillion dollarbusiness's failure to provide the advertised services and hours of operation, you're obligated to replace that cost of failureto your customer. This place is a hit or miss. We stopped by today & waited at the drive through for a while & nobody ever said anything so we... eventually just left (yes, they were open). But other times, we get a super friendly employee & order is accurate. Again, justhit or miss. Read more

Typical experience here: sit in line for way too long, when you finally get to order the person will be exceedingly stressed (no... matter the amnt of people) and won't get your order right. After more waiting (they're never prepared) when you finally pay andget your stuff you must ALWAYS check your order. The last 9/10 times something was missing. Just now it was half the entireorder that was missing and I didn't know until I got all the way back home, but since I didn't get a receipt (like always) theywon't do anything. Not that I'd go back anyway, it's always a pain to go here. Read more

Joseph was outstanding! He was doing the work of 5 people on an extremely busy night. He was short-staffed and the drive thru... line was long but he kept a pleasant attitude toward customers and toward the other employees. He was honest and apologeticabout the long wait.
