Pretty delish and amazing drinks! My only word if advice would be to own up to mistakes! I ordered a drink today called the... Avalanch(chocoalte, white chocolate, and mint) that was made wrong. Some berry flavor was added and my fiance HATES ALL BERRYFLAVORS(I know hes so weird). When I went back and asked if it was possible that they messed it up they swore they didnt. Beinga barista in the past for 3+ years I know when a drink is made wrong. They remade it, didnt make conversation and handed itout. When I was about to leave I tasted it and it tasted COMOLETELY different. Mint is a strong flavor and I could finally tasteit! They asked as I left if it was better and I told them yes. I understand that its awkward owning up to mistakes but I wouldof given 100% 5 stars if they would of been honest about it. Read more
You guys I coach here in Mason for free for years and work food delivery to pay bills so I can work for free if the school or... church needs me. The owner here is sabotaging my job. She lied to both me and my work. She now blocked me from orders to cost myfamily more money. I tried to contact Lori again today on Facebook and she blocked me. The overall appearance of the shop was beautiful! Everything was clean and it looked inviting. The reason my rating is so low is... because my experience was very subpar. What attracts people to biggby is the hospitality of the workers and the warm andfriendly environment they create. I was not greeted by either of the two workers there. The environment also felt just a touchhostile. Once they did come over, I asked for a 16 oz latte with extra whip. There is a modifier within the POS system marked as"big cup" which I did politely ask for. I was still charged for a 20 oz cup with no extra whip. Once I did get my latte it wassteamed wayyy beyond serving temperature. When I took a sip it burned my mouth so much that my mouth went numb, I could barelyeven hold my cup :( When it did cool down enough for me to even take a sip I noticed that there was way too much flavor. Thiswould be fine if I had ordered extra flavor but I did not. I also ordered a creme freeze that also had way too much flavor andice chunks that weren't completely blended. I've worked within the biggby franchise for some years now and the culture of biggbyis really important to me! This location has so much potential, I hope my next visit is better. Read more
The last few times I've ordered an iced CocoMarvel I've gotten something completely different and then when they remake it for... me it's always garbage. This time I got like three pieces of ice but plenty of coffee grounds in it ???? I used to love comingto this location but I can make better coffee at home at this point. Read more
On a road trip and wishing for some great coffee, we stop at this location. Being a Biggby Coffee franchise, our expection was... a delusion, the coffee was not fresh. It came cold and tasted poorly, surely this location could do better. Even the servicewas not friendly or professional, we would have gone back however, not worth it. God Bless Read more
Usually Biggby is my favorite place to get coffee. Stopped in here with my wife and her coffee came out room temperature. Went... in to get it fixed and they didn't have any coffee brewed to give us and we had to wait for them to brew a fresh pot. Just aweird experience from a company that's usually awesome. Read more
We were in and out of the drivethru today in a timely manner but my Carmel Marvel tasted watered down, with little to no coffee... taste (and no caffeine engery increase?). I had a friend try too and she agreed! Also ordered bragels and they were good but nocoupons in the bag for next time like the other stores do!! Will go out of my way for a different location next time. Read more
Ordered a frozen drink and a bragel on asiago, got a hot drink instead no biggie it happens I'm not gonna make them redo it.... Opened the bragel to see an everything bagel instead. 11:30 in the morning with not one car in the drive thru when I pulled upand both items get messed up. Read more
