Awful service, they have no idea what they?re doing. Had someone take our 3 orders and only received 2 orders. Had to order... the 3rd and waited 10 minutes and no one else was in line. Oh, and the food was cold except for the fries. Cold burgers justdon?t get it. Will never be back. I?ll go across town to the Alcoa Wendy?s instead. Read more

Dined in, awesome experience. Cool new interior facility where I ordered in a station instead of with an employee. Very modern.... They were fast (though drive thru was full, dining in was quick). Great food, great service. Chic fil a has nothing on Wendys! Read more

Worst fast food experience, will not be back. Missing several items in our order and the items that we did manage to get were... wrong (ordered plain cheeseburger, got one with everything on it). Then tried going back to get the order fixed and was told bya worker smoking in the parking lot that the dining room was closed and we would have to go back through the drive thru. Wentback through the drive thru and told the guy at the window what was wrong/missing. Then for a 2nd time still got the order wrong(they gave us a plain burger without cheese, supposed to be a plain cheeseburger). At that point we just asked for a slice ofcheese since apparently no one in that restaurant has a clue how to perform their jobs correctly. Being short staffed is noexcuse for poor service. I would have rather waited an extra 10 minutes for them to actually make sure what they're sending outthe drive thru is actually correct and matches the order. Read more

I would leave a 0 if I could.... I started my horrible visit with trying to walk inside, but the doors were locked. A Spanish... woman came out carrying bags saying "it's closed". I went back to my car and got into the drive thru line. I sat in the drivethru line for about 20 mins to be told my order is to big to come inside "the door is unlocked now". So I went inside to kiosksthat didn't work and no one around to help. When I went to the counter the kid told me he would be there in a few minutes. Istood there for another 20 minutes before he came to take my large order (feeding 4 adults). After waiting another 25 minutesfor the food and drinks I checked the food- frosties were melted becuase they had sat while they made the food, missing 2 largefries, strawberries from my salad, chicken nuggets and the sandwich I had on another order had now been sitting for an hour. AnHOUR I sat in this restaurant. Waiting for a bunch of kitchen crew that were standing around not doing anything but giving dirtylooks to the people acting in the lobby. The only 2 people that seemed mildly concerned where the 2 white people that spokeEnglish. This restaurant is disgusting and I will never eat here again nor will I recommend this restaurant to ANYONE. When Iwent back inside because I didn't receive all my food I asked the kid at the front what the GM's name was. He told me Misty buthad a look on his face like he didn't know if that was the right name. I will be making a stop in to see the GM in the nextcouple days. Read more

Terrible! Our order was wrong, the manager is RUDE!!! It took at least 30 mins to get our food. Half of it sat on trays waiting... on the fry boy to finish fries and nuggets. He kept getting yelled out. The poor boy running the front was the only one takingorders then running to get the food on the trays. I felt bad for him. He apologized several times. Manager was busy yellingat people. Spent $25 to eat cold food.. Read more

First experience at this Wendy's. The self serve kiosks we're down and no one at the register to take orders. We went to the... counter and stood for 5+ minutes while 6 employees blatantly ignored us. Finally the customer behind us politely asked forsomeone to assist us, one employee said "sorry can't help you" and then another employee came from the back to assist us. All wewanted was the new strawberry frosty, and the employee who helped us was so nice and gave us free frostys for our wait. She getsa 5 star review, the other 6 employees get a 0 star. Where has good customer service gone??? Probably won't be back to thisWendy's. But the strawberry frosty was delicious! Read more

Years ago I remember Wendy's hamburgers being really good. That was on the West coast and when Dave CEO/owner was alive. I... have tired the location on Alcoa many times over the years and the new Mayville location. If I dried square piece of meat iswhat you're looking for, congrats you have found it.
