Needed more help for the volume of drive through, call in and standing in person. Floor was dirty. But you know they were open... on Sunday. The food was good, what you would expect at a Subway. Just needed one more person and maybe a better shift manager? Read more

This place is always pretty fast, it?s clean and the staff are most always friendly as can be. I am only posting this to let... everyone know that a steak and cheese has been cut back to minimal steak per six inch side My steak and cheeese 6inch was mostlybread very little meat 3 cucumbers a few onions and olives. I think it?s a management/corporate decision so if you order steakand cheese better order extra meat or you gotta bread sandwich! Read more
Staff is nice, good is fresh. Service is good. I've never been a big subway fan, but the roasted chicken was a game changer. My... only complaint is $28 for 2 foot long combos in East Tennessee. I can't not tip these folks. It's not the staffs fault. So wewalk away with a $34 bill. So we just go less often. Read more
This is the worst subway ( the one on west broadway in Maryville) I have EVER been too!! I wouldn?t even rate it one star!! I... had to order thru the drive thru at 8:20pm. They close at 9pm . But the guy that took my order tonight (4/30/22) was so rude andvery unprofessional! He was fussing at me through the drive through speaker! He talked over me when I was trying to tell him howI wanted my 2 foot long subs. Plus when I got home, I didn?t get some of the toppings that were supposed to be on both of thefoot long subs . there was hardly any steak on it. Both subs were mostly bread. I will never go to this location again!!! Verypoor service ! Next time I will only go to the subway in Walmart ( 411) . Where The workers there are more pleasantprofessional!! Franchise in a death spiral, and new ownership appears intent on running the location out of business. Eat there 3 times a week.... Went in today and had roughly half the normal toppings placed on the sandwich only to be told the new owner asked them to cutback. On check out I wasn't given my normal Denso discount, and when asked was told the new owner told them to not honordiscounts unless the patron demanded it. Once that 2as straightened out, the price still wasn't right and I find they've bumpedthe menue price by 5% as well. I frequent this location sue to convenience and great employees ,but this type of blind mgt.Will close this location down. Shame Read more
