I like Smokeys. Since living in Maryville this is the only place I've ordered from love their Burgers and Pitas. And they always... show up before the time they allotted and the food is always hot. You get a lot of food too. Price range is about normal for theregular burger, pizza joint. Read more

The location closest to Friendsville is very good and I've never had bad food or an experience there. Browns creek location i... have more bad experiences than good.bad experience as in staff telling me I cant have light sauce on what I order,the pizza iordered is wrong,or just customer service in general. Placed an order for a medium supreme pizza. Waited to 20 mins and went to pick up. Got pizza to car and it was a meat lovers.... Took it back in and asked how long to make what I ordered. They said 15 mins or so. Couldn't wait that long. Pizza was verysalty and NOT what I ordered. This was at Brown's Creek location. Read more
Today was a second time of dealing Smokey's Pizza. I ordered from my car in the parking lot, waited 20 minutes as I was told.... When I picked up what I thought was the correct pizza and 5 traditional buffalo wings I paid $24 and change with a 20% tip anddrove back to Walland. I found a vegetarian pizza heavy on green and black olives and the fried mozzarella sticks with marinarasauce when I got home. However, the kick was when the store called and asked when I got as coming to pick up my order. I askedfor a refund or I would write a review. Clearly no money was offered only a free pizza. I've been searching for good pizza since moving here 1 year ago. This is my top so far. Could use a tad bit more sauce (not... much, but was dry in some places) Breadsticks were light and fluffy. Cookie pie was delicious. Read more
I give it 4 stars, because i have had great food here and i have had some truely awful food here. I cant complain to much... because they are only ones that deliver to me. My buffalo wings are generally covered in sauce, this time there wasnt enoughsauce to even cover the wings. Pizza is normally a good quality item, this time pizza crust is hard as a rock and i understand alittle oil or grease is normal with extra cheese but not puddles of the stuff. 1 spot soaked through 3 papertowels to get all onmy hand. After you're working a long shift called the smokies the smokies on West Lamar Alexander 20 minutes before closing time they... told me they could not make our order due to them closing the grill side already. I called East Lamar Alexander store and theywere more than happy to make our food with 10 mins till closing. The gentleman who took our order and made our food was verypolite and willing to serve!
