Manager literally hung up on me when I was trying to get a sauce mix up fixed for my wife. Thanks alot buddy. I wasn't asking... for anything ridiculous I just wanted a pizza with the correct sauce, but it was more important for this manager to be "right"than it was for his customers to be happy. Read more
I stopped by with my daughter for lunch and the young lady working the front was very friendly, the pizza on the buffet was... fresh, but very limited in selection. My main concern was the server on the floor, who was openly complaining constantantlywhere all customers could hear, and never came back once to our table to check on us. I think most of us are scratching our heads over the problem with not enough staff at restaurants. The staff who were there were... apologetic and offered to let us order take out but still dine in. May have helped to have a sign posted telling us no in lobbyservice. Would have been better if we could use the drink fountain but we were told we couldn't. The counter around check outhad not been cleaned in ages so we opted to leave. With only 2 staff persons there I know it's hard to clean but the ownershould find a way. Read more
