It?s the little things. I had a delivery order, I paid for extra pizza sauce and it was not included. When I called them, I was... told they can?t send a driver out with just pizza sauce and they also can?t refund me. What? The guy that I spoke with was verymonotone, no ownership in the mistake, and no apology or solution. Read more
Ok so this may be a little long but it?s worth the read. I had originally called and placed an order with Little Caesars for 10... pizzas. I needed to make some changes to my order .. tried to call .. nobody answered so I went to their location .. (littleCaesar?s) they informed me that they never planned on completing the order and they don?t take orders over the phone in thefirst place.. so I?m freaking out upset and mad because it was for my sons birthday party. I decided to call PAPA JOHNS andClay, the manager, answered and I explained the situation and he gave me a discount and said he was able to place the order. Iwas so thankful for that because what would I have done at an 8year olds birthday party with 40 people and no pizza. He was sounderstanding and so kind and just overall great . I work very hard for my money and I am more than happy to spend it here. Fromhere on out when I have large orders .. I will be using PAPA JOHNS. 5 stars for them and their wonderful customer service. Youcan tell the difference when the manager is kind and the store runs smoothly and when the manager could care less and you runinto situations similar to mine with little Caesar?s. I truly LOVE Papa John's. But I do have a few things to complain about. I order a xlarge New York style. Half bacon and onion,... and mushrooms and extra cheese on the whole thing. However the side with the additional onions and bacon, was ridiculous,couldn't even tell bacon was on it and there we're so many onions the pizza was soggy to the point the left side of the boxactually gave out and ripped. I ordered 2 additional garlic cups and one was open and leaking all over the food and box. As muchas I love the food the poor creating and handling of the food is very very very lacking. If your lucky the food will be awesome,but order with caution! Because this store does not have a good track record. Good luck. Read more
2022: Best Valentine's Day order! Everything was perfect again. Whoever makes the pizzas & wings at this local Papa John's... deserves kudos for doing a great job on all my detail specific orders! 2021: Whoever made my pizza on a Sunday night in June isa Pizza Making God! Dont order out much but I decided to get pizza today. The girls loved their gluten free pepperoni pizza and the philly... chessesteak pizza was great. The delivery driver was polite and the food didnt take long at all to get here. (maybe 20 minutes). Read more
