I went inside to order and there was a lady in front of me at the counter. There were 7 employees that I counted standing... around. None of them were helping the customer already at the counter and after about 5 minutes I started to use the kiosk. As Iwaited, I noticed @ the fry station I noticed all of the fries were already ready to go, there 3 rows of fries just sittingthere. I wondered why there were so many fries packaged to go. Well, I finally received my food and went to my car. This iswhere everything goes south. I pull the fries out of the bag & guess what? They were COLD, STALE, & GREASY. Maybe the friesshould have been stacked up, I'm talking I counted roughly 21 pouches of fries stacked up on the back. I had waited roughly 15minutes to get my food. After about 2 fries, I gave up on them, grabbed the quarterpound deluxe and when I opened the box, Iimmediately noticed it was COLD!! The burger looked as if it had been sitting out on the counter forever. The temperature on itwasn't even luke warm. I didn't even eat it, what I did though was dissect the sandwich. Took the top bun off, removed thegrand amount of lettuce, the unmelted cheese only to discover the meat was actually in 3 pieces and the only thing holding ittogether was the other unmelted slice of cheese. Such disappointment, my last hope was the apple pie. Well, disappointmentslapped me in the face, again COLD! I ordered this around 1130 and I believe that no matter what time I ordered, the food shouldhave some heat to it. This whole $12 meal was cold and stale. I work hard for my money and to have it go right into the trashis not only extremely frustrating but disappointing. I'll be posting this on all of my social media accounts along with thelocation. I don't understand how it happens, but more times than not I order "plain with no cheese" and I'm handed whatever they feel like... giving me. Sometimes it's all the way without cheese and others it's plain with cheese. Prior to this visit items were left outof my bag and when the manager overheard me ask for my correct order she became rude and blamed me for not ordering it (when Ihad, and offered to pay for what they'd missed) and "not reading the screen". First of all, we ordered a curbside order and when we got there we checked in. Going inside with two littles in the car,... curbside was easiest. Not only did they not know there was a curbside order waiting, we waited for 15 minutes in the car beforefinally going in and asking why we had not gotten our order. The lady at the counter was very rude and didn?t seem to care thatwe were missing an order. She finally got our order and left. When we got home, we noticed that we only had 2 straws and shouldhave had 3. The three medium fries we had were only half full, the food was cold, and it was soggy. It was also Sloppily puttogether and we got 3 bbq sauces for a total of 30 nuggets and we asked for 6. We will not be going back to say the least. Read more
Honestly the most disgusting McDonald's I've ever been to. The cashier had a cigarette behind his ear. His hands where so... disgustingly dirty and full of physical dirt. Another cashier came up and her uniform was filthy... I was nauseous. The burgerwas not prepared right and looked gross. I did not eat it. I could not even drink the soda because I was affraid of what couldbe lurking behind the machine. Read more
I am not really a fan of fast food, but I do go to McDonald's as my 1st meal right after a night of fasting for a doctor -... sausage and cheese biscuit with mayo and a small coffee ???? somebody else I know is more the McDonald's fan... Read more
