I just sat in the drive thru at McDonald's as there was breakfast being served on the screen and other cars in front just placed... there breakfast order as that was the only thing being served and they take are order they was out of most stuff so I orderother stuff got to the window to pay dude said he can't take order we don't have most of your order I told him I ordered otherstuff because I was done told that and then he said well what they put on the screen is not your order I will be back he cameback with the girl and she said we don't have breakfast but they took our order already served everyone in front us breakfastbut then we couldn't get nothing so it was a total waste of time sitting in drive thru placing a order they didn't even takethank you McDonald's employees! Where to start? Stopped in for a late lunch. Kiosk and card only this day. Staffing shortage. Everything went smooth. Went to... leave and motorcycle would not start. Live 55 miles away. Help would take 4-5 hours to arrive. Manager Ragen and associate Adamallowed us to wait in the restaurant. They were courteous and considerate. Checking on us throughout. Can't say enough goodthings. my food was so sloppily put together, fries were so dry and nasty, i lost my appetite it literally smelt like a chicken coop in... the dining room, highly disgusted and will never return. they don?t even have a drink fountain in the lobby. Read more
Amazing, friendly customer service! I ordered the number 7 "sausage burrito" combo. I asked if they had pumpkin flavored... coffee yet and they did. Yay! The team worked great together and my order was ready in a jiffy. My day is starting out trulyblessed. Great job! Read more
Absolutely disgusting vanilla coffee. Tasted like ice and vape juice! They did remake it , it tasted worse than the first time!... If I could given a zero that's what you would of gotten. Do better McDonald's! Read more

I managed a Starbucks a few years ago and I know the challenge it can be to create a strong, caring culture in such a fast paced... environment. So, I was excited to see the kind way the employees at this McDonald's were treating each other. I even heard oneof the ladies say to the rest of the team "I love you" and the rest of the team seemed to really appreciate her as she left. This is tge worse McDonalds i ever been to... yes inside service is terrible. Food. Not correct , waiting , waiting, and more... waoting wirh staff yelling out no burrittos,and lines not moving inside .... not sure whats going on here. I went to thecounter waited to explain my order was wrong but i was told you gotta wait and she walked away on to the next thing... Old folkswere sitting down looking in shock as to what McDonalds is starting to be like. Surely not a place for a peaceful breakfast andthe service rating is no stars.. wont be back.... there are many places to have breakfast but not here. Read more
