Great American Cookie Company in Foothills Mall is doing amazing work. The atmosphere behind the counter is infectious with joy.... The staff is polite, helpful and eager to make your experience enjoyable. To top it off, the cookies are delicious and theirdesigns are jaw-dropping. My wife and I recently purchased a cake and gave the team at Great American Cookie Company creativeleeway to celebrate a pregnancy. The cookie cake was amazing. The design left everyone raving and the taste made sure therewere no left-overs. This business is well run. They provide an inviting and inclusive environment for both customers andstaff. I ordered a cookie cake with no border! But I got a border and all they could say was o we are sorry ! My grandson doesn?t like... that much icing but only like the cook cakes for his birthday I guess I will learn not to order on line and pay up front!! Read more

I went to order 3 cookie cakes and spent a little over $125 for them and even got a snickerdoodle for my son. I asked the lady... working if she could put a small amount of white icing on the small snickerdoodle. She she she didn?t know so she asked the ?newmanager? and he told her no. Said it was against their policy. I said I?m paying for the cookie and willing to pay for the icingand they still told me no. I asked one more time and said he my son has texture issues and is a picky eater and he wants to trybefore we put it on a big cookie cake. Still they answer was no. So a willing paying customer was told no when asked for acertain thing. To me not away to do business. My son has a small touch of autism and I can?t understand why when I said he hastexture issues they weren?t ready to help a willing paying customer. I walked up to the counter looking to get me and my kid a chocolate chip cookie cake for his mother?s birthday. The customer... service from Abi (or Abigail) was quite lacking in the happiness department. (Sorry I forgot her name) she was handing over thecake, which was already super hard and had very little icing, and coughed all over the box. She didn?t even have her mask onand they wouldn?t let me request another cake or get a refund which I heard they were big on if you?re not satisfied. From thenon all I heard was her get in a drama war with a coworker and I decided to call it quits and let them keep my money. Pathetic.Went to brewsters instead! It was awesome! Read more
The cookie co did an amazing job in February on my daughters sweet 16 cookie and again last week with my mothers birthday... cookie. They were made and decorated exactly as described and were very friendly and great to work with. Read more
