Not sure what the hype is all about. The sandwiches are bland at best with lots of bread. Maybe a slight step up from subway. ... Sure it's freshly sliced, but it is so thinly sliced and small portioned you will never benefit from this. Staff is notfriendly. Employee making our order used his latex gloves to clean the counter, take orders on the POS, take money, stocksupplies, wipe his face, and hold my sandwich while cutting. When we stopped him from touching our food with the dirty gloves,and asked him to swap them out first, he rolled his eyes and seemed annoyed to do so. Probably will not return... Read more
By far the worst location of this establishment! We love Jersey Mike's in every location we've lived but this one can not seem... to get it together, whether it be they're completely missing orders, not putting them together correctly, or just telling guestit's going to be a really long wait for hot sandwiches to go somewhere else. Top notch subs, always consistent food quality and friendly staff. I ordered my lunch online and was so glad I did, the line... stretched to the door and no available tables. I prefer Jersey Mike's over most other sandwich shops, can be a little morepricey but well worth the price. Read more
Well its a 1 star for service, can't rate food because I never got it, waited about 30 minutes and asked for a refund because I... had to get back to work, they refund the wrong order so I had to go back in and spend another 15 minutes now I'm late to workand still hungry...SMH Terrible start for a new business in town. This store just opened and it is already obvious how much the GM cares about providing a clean, fast, and delicious experience.... The GM, Joseph, is friendly and professional, and EVERYBODY on staff was working hard. Our philly steak sandwiches were milesand away better than certain "other" sub shops, no comparison. It just tasted more real, and fresh. Special shoutout to Beth,who handed us our food. She seemed almost as happy giving us the food as we did getting it! Read more

Sandwiches are pretty good, but the service here is just awful. The app orders typically take over an hour even though they... always tell you 15 minutes. I have stood in angry lines of people waiting during my last 3 visits. On two occasions, the apporder line was being outpaced by people just walking in and going through the line. What?s the point of the app at all? Theirassembly line makes no sense. Love this franchise, but this particular store is a menagerie of glued together bad processdecisions. The ham?s not bad.
