Reviews for Foothills Milling Co in Maryville, TN
My husband and I just enjoyed our anniversary (and first time dining) at the Foothills Milling Company. We had the fried green... tomato’s, Caesar salad, wedge salad, Steak & Potatoes and 3-cheese lasagna (from the vegetarian menu). We also had a fewsurprises from the chef along with incredible bread. Really the star of the show was the fabulous service from our waitress,Hannah N. She was outstanding and definitely made our first visit memorable. The atmosphere was dimly lit and pleasant. We willabsolutely be back!! Read more
We visited for our anniversary based on the strong recommendations from the Knoxville Eats group, and FMC did NOT disappoint.... Our server Zoe was phenomenal and the food and atmosphere was great! We shared several appetizers, the truffle fondue, goatcheese tart, and curried meatballs. and shared the entree of ribs....everything was wonderful! Read more
A fantastic dining experience. Great service, fantastic food, good price point. Small dishes given out for free. Comparable to... lower level Michelin guide restaurants. Would love to come back! Read more
Food is fantastic absolutely worth the price. Steaks are prepared souvide and amazingly tender and delicious. I love that they... tell you on the menu how it's gonna be cooked ie medium rare. So you don't ruin what the chef is putting out. The meat loaf withbraised short rib inside was legendary. The bread that they give you to start off sets the mood that this kitchen knows exactlywhat it is doing. We ordered a few drinks I would highly recommend that cherry burbon sour. It's fine dining expect 30-50 ahead. Again worth it, sometimes you go for a fancy meal and think I could have saved myself the money but no joke this place isworth every penny and I would go here over Ruth Chris, Morton's or any other steak house and the proce ia better. I love thatthe plates also come with amazing delicious sides. Added a picture of the cobbler and drinks. If you are celebrating, treatingyourself or just want a fantsic meal don't overlook this gem in Maryville. Read more
This was our first trip to Foothills, but it will not be our last. Andrew did a wonderful job of walking us through all the... menus, we enjoyed cocktails and a few little "tastes" even before dinner. We got the truffle fondue and cleaned the bowl. I hadthe rib special, she had the salmon. Then we couldn't help but get dessert (carrot cake and dark chocolate mousse). Absolutelyworth the drive from Knoxville! Read more
Heard about this place from a friend and how good it was. We went to Cades Cove and had made reservations here about a week... prior. The synopsis is pretty simple. It was amazing. The service, the drinks, the food…all amazing. My girlfriend said it’sbest meal she’s ever had. She had the steak Diane and I had the London Broil. I’d say it’s definitely up there with thebest I’ve ever had as well, if not the best ever. Can’t wait to return. Thanks ya’ll for a wonderful experience. Read more
Best Restaurant Experience in our trip to Tenn. White table cloth, fine dining, excellent service and a lovely experience. The... food was phenomenal the chef was truly amazing. Unique twists on food that gave it a unique taste and hit your flavor palletdifferent. My wife and I had a lovely time and happened to land here on a Wednesday with half off wine to make it evenbetter. All I can add is come hungry and do not skip dessert. They also are very good with dealing with my tree nut allergy, that means a lot to us when dining out. Read more

This was by far the best steak I haveever eaten. It was cooked perfectly and cut like butter. Overall, every single part of our experience was great. We willabsolutely be back. Read more
