Love the food the gentleman behind the counter that is to into his music to pay attention to a simple request from his customer... that's a different story!!!! Maybe a reminder of who signs the employees paycheck.... Update visit 12/2/2022 Well last night Imessed up but how did they save the day. I placed an app order and didn't realize what time it was. After 8pm it automaticallyputs the order on the first available time the next day. Well I didn't notice that and me and my daughter went down there andstarted to wait for the food. A young lady came out asked us what the name was and no one could find it. Well a couple minuteslater they are fixing our food. I get to looking in the app and I realize my mistake. They where gracious and still made another5 large sandwiches instead of telling me tough luck. I would be very proud of these young folks Read more

My wife worked at firehouse for many years, so I pride myself on firehouse knowledge. This particular location has not one time... in at minimum 7 trips to the restaurant gotten my order correct. I continue to go because it?s directly beside my house, howeverI feel compelled to write my first internet review. If the food isn?t wrong, it takes entirely too long to get it. The food issomehow always subpar in comparison to other locations, bread stale, meat is tough, vegetables wilted. And to top that off, thestaff at this location a no respect for the job. And I get it at one point I was a kid working in some fast food restaurant butthe staff talks loudly, clearly do not care if customers are waiting while they make jokes amongst themselves. They are evenrude at times. I truly cannot speak more lowly of a restaurant. Which knowing the owners of the franchise is odd because theyrun many very great locations and everywhere else they do fantastic work. This one fell through the cracks. Read more

I watched as they filled orders that had gallon tea in the order , they ran out of tea before it was full and the manager said "... don't make more just send it" the gallon wasn't even full. Then I watched staff joke and play while people just sat waiting.Then when we did get the food the veggies were out. Read more

I like helping businesses that help others and Firehouse does that. They support firefighters, a good cause. Sandwiches are... good. I think mine could have been fresher. There was a sign posted stating there was no lettuce due to supply chain issues.Then I thought, the grocery stores have lettuce, why don't you? Anyway, I didn't miss the lettuce that much. Staff pleasant.Parking is tight. Must back out slowly. Easy to find on Washington Street. Read more

Stopped by there last night. Order was placed 7:15 per time on Reciept. Two sandwiches. Six staff members took 29 minutes to... make our sandwiches. Granted, they had some phone orders, but they moved so slow with no sense of urgency. Manager came out ofthe back office during this time and then went back. Did not jump in to help nor did he seem concerned that they were behind.Sandwich was fine, but not worth 30 minute wait. Read more

This was the worst Firehouse Subs I?ve ever had. They need better system of ordering and picking up orders. When we arrived... tonight, there we about 10 customers waiting for orders. We ordered our sandwich and had to wait over 25 minutes to finally getour sandwich to go. We asked the red headed girl behind the counter how long our sandwich would be and she rolled her eyes andwas very rude. When we picked up our sandwich, I asked her if this was my sandwich and again she was rude, rolled her eyes andsaid ?yes? as she was irritated I ask.. she gets a negative 25 on the customer service scale.. there were plenty of employeesworking so if they had a better system, you could be cranking out customer orders.. there was an older lady working the front ofthe line that was very pleasant.. give her a raise.. The lady manager that was in there was being rude. She had an attitude and even rolled her eyes at me and the worker while... explaining that double meat meant bacon too. I ordered double meat and paid for it and only got the same amount of meat that theregular sandwich would have and 2 strips of bacon. Well she looked at me and said double meat doesn?t mean bacon too and I toldher that the last time I was there I was told double meat meant bacon too. Well she rolled her eyes with an attitude then lookedat the employee told him but then had an attitude when I didn?t take the sandwich that was already made because it was going toget thrown away. I just wanted the right sandwich. That was the worst experience that I?ve had out of all of the times I?ve beento firehouse. Read more
