Iced coffee is either okay, bad, or good (rare chance). Also, the workers at the drive-thru never hear my order correctly (one... of them thought I said mocha when I said caramel?), and I usually give up after trying to correct them a 3+ times. Stop at this DD all the time before work and the girls at the drive thru are the best. Very nice girls and they keep the line... moving. The coffee is always top notch. It's hard to beat DD regular coffee. The only complaint I have is its impossible to geta fresh donut at DD. Not just this location but all locations. I believe donuts are shipped in by truck and the journey takes atoll on them. We got donut holes for my daughter and they tasted like they were fried in very old grease and stale as hell.Every donut you get is like that. I like this location and the staff is great but I'm just gonna stick to coffee. Read more

Now former employee was cleaning it and had... informed management so they could replace it or get it completely sanitized. They did not do that - instead they continued tosell drinks from this machine. Employee went in for their designated shift and saw they were still selling drinks from this. Read more
This is the most unique Dunkin' I've been to. Originally a historic house, it's anesthetics are on-point inside and out! It's unfortunately very hit and miss with this location but more recently always a miss. I come here at least 3 times per week.... The service is very slow and lacking for mobile orders as drive thu and walk in get priority and you basically need to requestfor them to make your order. They implemented a new order screen that is not used properly as your order can show ready and comeoff the screen 10 minutes prior to our physically being ready, likely to improve some metric on paper. This most recent time Iwaited 18 minutes for 2 drinks while I watched 6 people order and get their drinks as I waited. It took the sandwich preparer tohave a break to come ask what I waiting on, all this being while there was only ever about 4 people in the building at one time. Read more
