When handling food for the customers, make sure that also includes the pastry to be warmed up before handing them out.
Last 2 visits orders have been wrong. One visit ordered 5 items. Items were correct on the ticket but 4 of the 5 items were made... wrong. When asked for them to be corrected they were not friendly and did not even apologize. They just don't seem to care aboutgetting orders correct at this store anymore. Read more
So often my drink is made wrong and I have to go in and have them fix it. I guess they can?t figure out that when the syrup is... low in the bottle it?s not pumping the right amount, or someone is making the coffee too weak so it throws everything off.
