Absolutely the worst Bojangles I've been to. Consistently out of chicken???? Cole slaw, tea, etc. We eat here frequently and... noticed tonight staff were not wearing gloves when handling food, I also witnessed one of the girls preparing the food withoutgloves wiping her hands on her jeans and scratching her face. A young man was spraying the floors to be cleaned WHILE food wasbeing prepared. Had a piece of hair fried into the chicken tonight. Will not ever be back to this location and will do my bestto make sure others know of the disgusting behaviors I've seen tonight. Read more
They were short staffed, but you could tell they were doing their best. Breakfast all day is a great thing! No complaints,... other than the fountain Mountain Dew didn?t taste right. Read more
The chicken blt looked like the pictures! Chicken was crispy and bacon was plentiful. Fries were seasoned well and fresh.
Chloe, a recent hire at drive-through window, is amazing. Efficient, upbeat, friendly and gracious. Cathy, the biscuit maker,... makes the best biscuits I?ve ever eaten. This team needs to be rewarded as well as the asst manager. Read more
Never having had Bojangles in my life, I decided to stop for take out to bring it back to the hotel. The cashiers were very... friendly and it?s nice & clean inside. The food however were not good. They were out of dark meat at 5pm which I find it verystrange - said they would be ready in 15/20 minutes. It?s a peak dinner hours. I elected to order chicken strips instead whichwere super dry and caked in seasoning. I didn?t even bother finishing them. Kind of disappointed as my first time trying. Read more
Lady running the store had 1 employee helping. Took time to get our order out She was very helpful and extremely nice despite... being short handed. However....... I was disappointed in the tenders, they did seem dry, not fresh. Also the pies wereovercooked and the french fries, Awful... Was very good as was the service. Only complaint was all, literally, all the tables in the dining room were dirty. I told them... and they promptly sent someone out to clean them. All of them except the one we were eating at which was understandable. Read more
There is no reason with the amount of workers they had, a drive thru should take 45 minutes when we were two cars from the... speaker to start. The only reason we stayed at the window is because we had paid for our food. Watching them have one speedtrying to get our food ready and sitting at the window for 10 minutes is unacceptable. We will not be going back to thislocation. To top it off they were out of dark meat at 11:30 am. Read more
