Excellent local italian restaurant with gourmet level recipes. I drove by this restaurant many times with the assumption it was... a pizza and beer only kind of place. How wrong I was! Yes, pizza is a central item on the menu but they have other options suchas salmon and shrimp dish pictured. Amici also offers excellent assortment of US and Italian wines. Bartenders were veryknowledgeable on wine selections for recommendations. Amici only has beer and wine alcoholic offering. Read more

Made a 5 pm reservation ?glad we did by 5:45 ever table was full . We had the Sicilian pie? procuitto pie as apps. Couldn?t... finish the Sicilian took it home . Main course shrimp and grits with an Italian twist and the braised beef . It was excellent .I recommend getting there early when they open . Reservation a must especially on a Saturday night . My wife and I really enjoyed Amici. You apparently should get a reservation. We got super lucky and were able to snag a table... right when they opened. She got the Chicken Parm and I got a Butternut Squash and Bacon pizza on the gluten free crust(cauliflower/parmesan). Both were fantastic! Great atmosphere and service. Best place to get pizza, hands down, in Maryville! Fresh ingredients, the best service and the most amazing experience you'll... ever have. Great drink selection with specials being on Sundays. I spent nearly every weekend out of a year eating here and it'sworth it. Read more
