Buffet, GREAT! Pizza is fresh, hot, great amount of toppings and cheese. Garlic cheese bread is super yummy. Staff very... friendly. The sides, and dessert was great. Salad bar, for me it has the couple toppings i desire. Sunflower seeds, crutons, red onion, mushrooms, and best of all, that yummy blue cheese dressing with the big chunks of blue cheese. Recent changes to long time recipes. Service is not the best, there were 8 staff members I counted at my last visit in addition... to the owner. Service was still slow as everyone was focused on delivery orders and not the 7 families dining in. The ownerwas not friendly and infact ignored customers. Thete was absolutely NO teamwork. LOVE Pagliai's, have been enjoying this pizza place since my days at Northwest Mo State. Had the opportunity to eat lunch there... today with my wife! Had everything on the buffet I remembered with a few new add-ons! Salad bar seemed a bit expanded! Greardessert pizza, cookies, waffle fries, cheddar bites!! Love the Choclate goo!
